If you would like to pre-order we can have it ready at the time you prefer. This is Holy Pushkar all our food is strictly Pure Vegetarian [vegetable products and dairy, no eggs, meat or alcohol]

- Rose Soda– Pushkar is famous for her red roses and this sweet concoction showcases them in a
soda water and rose cordial treat.

Breakfast * The first 2 items are the same as every other breakfast menu you come across and yet very different, we use- delicious local handmade light– wheat bread -home made jams - real butter or margarine your choice

- Fruit Jam - Glukand– locally specialty Rose Hip Jam
- Fruit Salad, Curd [Yoghurt] and Honey

- Parantha, curd and pickle– another Indian Classic– 2 Parantha which are like soft
chapatti stuffed with finely diced vegetables, served with curd and home-made pickles

- Papad or you might know them as Poppadom– crispy roasted wafers
- Peanuts– freshly pan roasted with salt [give us 15 mins]
- Masala Mumphali– freshly pan roasted, spiced peanuts
- Crudities with Chaat Masala– fresh vegetables [rinsed in filtered water –of course]
Sprinkled with Chaat Masala [an Indian spice blend that is especially nice with salad vegetables] and a squeeze of fresh nimbu lemon.
- Toasted Sandwich– Indian white sliced bread filled with your choice of cheese, tomato, onion

- Mega Thali– why not up-size on the taste sensations? 1 veg, 1 paneer veg, 1 dal,
1 papad, 2 chapati, rice, raita and home-made pickle
- Raita—refreshing yoghurt and grated cucumber dish
