| Pukka Blockprint. Hand block printed 100% cotton fat quarters, Nice crisp weight suitable for quilting and lots of other ideas. The work is hand printed with upto 4 colours by a family of local artisans using pigment inks to our deigns and under Fairtrade conditions. We have printed borders on the bed sheets of our hotel, printed by the same family. They have been in use 15 months, washed and bleached to keep them white and the block print is still vibrant. There is a little line of coloured linen- I added for effect- which the washing man managed to bleach out but the blockprint is still good! NOTE not our base fabric which is colour fast Each pack contains 4 co-ordinated hand printed pieces Approx size 50 x 45 cm or 19.5 x 18 inches. Cool machine wash or hand wash, iron when dry.
